Go Green and Get Lean!

Adding more green vegetables to your meals will enable you to eat more and lose weight. Green vegetables are low in calories allowing you to eat more of them and are high in fiber that keeps your body feeling full for longer periods of time.

Leafy green like spinach, kale, collards, and romaine lettuce can be added to all your meals. They are versatile and can be added raw, cooked or blended into protein shakes.

Cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower are bulky going in and can be helpful in moving waste out. They are high in fiber and also have decent amounts of protein. This combination of protein and high fiber are ideal in providing your body what it needs to be healthy and lose weight.

Choosing to eat more green vegetables will help you stay within your calories limits to lose weight plan. Be sure to drink your water to help with your digestion and processing them through your body. Eating these greens will help you to get lean and stay clean!
